Supervisory Board

  

The Supervisory Board oversees from a distance. The Board supervises the realization of the goals, policy and general course of affairs of Esprit Schools. Additionally, the Board evaluates the performance of the Executive Board and provides it with advice. The agreements are set out in the Supervisory Board Regulations which can be found below, alongside the Assessment Framework.

Committees

Within the Supervisory Board, three committees are active.

Audit committee

The Audit Committee advises the Supervisory Board on the financial policy and management of Esprit. The agreements are set out in the Audit Committee Regulations.

Committee on Quality, Education and Governance

The committee on Quality, Education and Governance advises the Board of Supervisors on educational matters and the policies of Esprit. The agreements are outlined in the Regulations committee Quality, Education & Governance.

 

Remuneration committee

The Remuneration committee conducts an annual performance review with the Executive Board.
