Job grading structure for primary education

The job classification system for secondary education (vo) shows all the potential positions at Esprit secondary schools. Each school is free to determine which positions to fill.

For each role, the tasks and responsibilities are defined in the generic job descriptions. Jobs are evaluated based on the score profiles for secondary education. This framework is based on Fuwasys, developed by the central government. We use the job classification system drawn up by the parties to the collective labour agreement.

Job descriptions are not just an instrument to evaluate jobs; they also provide guidance and clarity to the organisation and employees about the tasks and responsibilities associated with a job.

The secondary education job classification system is part of our strategic HR policy.
