If you become ill and are unable to perform your work as a result, please report this by phone to your manager. The time of reporting sick may vary per school. Please inquire with your manager about the procedures.
The company doctor may call you for an appointment. If necessary, you can also request an appointment with the company doctor yourself. The company doctor holds consultations at the Central Office of Esprit Schools and at one or more of our schools. Once you are able to do so, you should return to work. You should report your recovery to your immediate manager, regardless of whether you are scheduled to work that day or not. The rules that apply within Esprit Schools can be found in our absence and Reinegration protocol. Employees of Esprit Schools are expected to comply with the regulations outlined in this protocol in case of illness.
