Integrity and trust issues

Integrity Code of Conduct

The Esprit Integrity Code of Conduct is intended for everyone who works or carries out work inside (and outside) the Esprit buildings and indicates how we want to deal with each other and with others - students, parents, external parties. The code provides a framework for interpreting, assessing, and weighing whether behavior is acceptable or not.

Confidential Advisers

Wherever people come together and work, unwanted interactions and integrity violations can occur. Often, it's sufficient to discuss these issues with each other. Sometimes, you may need the assistance of a third party. Usually, this is the manager, or in rare cases, a confidential advisor.

Esprit Schools has appointed two external confidential advisors for its employees.

The confidential advisor listens, advises, and provides guidance if necessary. Additionally, each school has one or more internal confidential advisors who can be approached.

Esprit has established a complaints procedure which can be found on the website. It describes how complaints are handled, who is responsible for what and within which time frames the complaint will be addressed.

Esprit Schools also has internal confidential advisers.
