SUPERVISORY BOARD
The Supervisory Board supervises remotely. The Council supervises the realization of the goals, policy and general course of affairs of Esprit Schools.
EXECUTIVE BOARD
The Executive Board is the competent authority of Esprit Scholen and is ultimately responsible. The Supervisory Board supervises remotely.
MANAGEMENT TEAM
De schooldirecteuren vormen samen het management team. Het management team is een belangrijk overleg- en adviesorgaan voor het College van Bestuur.
MEDEZEGGENSCHAP
Elke Esprit school heeft een medezeggenschapsraad. Daarnaast heeft Esprit Scholen twee gemeenschappelijke medezeggenschapsraden (GMR). Eén voor PO en één voor VO.
LEGAL AFFAIRS
The in-house lawyer advises the Executive Board, the directors of the various Esprit schools and departments at the Central Office.
CENTRAL OFFICE
The Central Bureau provides support services for the primary process and consists of the following departments:
- facility desk
- finance and payroll administration
- personnel and organisation
- planning and control
- information management
